The immunity bowl wasn’t made correctly. From the photo shown it includes vanilla chia layer but it was made without it and the cup was 2/3 full. This was my third time with the same issue when I ordered immunity bowl, one time on açaís bowl - with missing items! The juices orders are good and consistent every time though. Thx!

At the beginning service and juices were amazing. Now the juices seem like it’s made without any effort. Customer service has gone down.

I am extremely pleased with my experience so far at Nekter. I really enjoy what this awesome place has to offer! Great customer service and most importantly great juices and acai bowls! Place has become very addicting. :D

Horrible experience. Ordered recovery juice on the app. It was ready when I got there. Didn't taste it until after I left. The drink was disgusting!!! There was so much ginger I didn't taste anything else. My mouth and throat were burning. Called several times to see if I could get the drink remade at a later time but no one answered the phone. I was already out of the area so I threw it away - $9 wasted. I had the same drink two days earlier and loved it. Which is why I ordered it again. I could barely taste the ginger and no special requests were made. No consistency making this drink. I called customer service and spoke with Danay. She advised I would be contacted within 24 hours but that didn't happen. Signed, Dorla - Not a happy customer

Love this location always shows consistency in service. Juices are always balanced and on point!

I get a smoothie for breakfast most mornings and Nekter is my store of choice. When I travel I have to use other Juice franchises and none measure up.

Definitely not your typical Jamba Juice! Nekter Juice Bar is a relatively new spot to the Chino Hills market and an even newer spot to me! The menu is vast especially if you incorporate the build your own options! Although, they are known for their Açaí Bowls which I have yet to try but plan on doing so, I was very impressed with the Pink Flamingo which was extremely tasty and refreshing. I truly enjoyed the dope sign as well! I will definitely be back. Cheers,

Pretty close to work to grab early breakfast juices and acai/pitaya bowls from! They're opened in a new plaza so the route on Google maps is still kinda wonky, but I made it here couple mornings ago. Parking was plenty so it was easy to find a spot. Grabbed their Acai Banana Berry Bowl ($9) subbed nut milk with apple juice (gives it a crisper texture that I prefer as to the creaminess that milk gives). Very delicious and filling portions. Loved all the fresh fruits and hemp granola on top that was arranged very neat prettily over the perfectly sweet (as in not too sweet) acai (albeit the abundance of agave did sorta overwhelm it briefly). The workers were friendly and attentive to my needs, will definitely come again. :)
