The girl making the bowls did not know how to interact with customers. Her colleague told her to check in with me because I was waiting for a to go order and she never interacted with me until I finally asked for my order but I was waiting for 10 minutes and my order was in the freezer.

The employee who helped me today was adorable and cheerful. She knew the menu and knew exactly how to help me order for my husband who is allergic to strawberries. She was very helpful and very efficient. Great customer service and both bowls were delicious!

I got a PB bowl, and the fruit toppings were scarce. I said no green apple, and they usually put more banana or strawberry. However, they did not and left a “blank” space. The strawberry was also cut up in little pieces as if it were for a baby (not slices like it usually is) and there was not very much in there. The amount of banana slices on top was also less than normal.
I e received great service and less than satisfactory service, just depends on the employee. The product is what keeps me coming back.

I ordered via the app and scheduled for a 4:30 pick up. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was greeted by the friendly staff person upon entry. My order was ready to go 10 minutes earlier than expected! My wife and I enjoyed our smoothies.

When ordering online, I had ordered pineapple and mango to be added to my order. It appeared as a free option. My order did not come with either of those items.
