The juice cleanse I bought was yummy!

I love coming to this nektar, especially with the quick and easy mobile order. I also appreciate the deals on the app! The customer service is always the best. I recommend this juice shop to all my friends and family!

The last chia pudding I ordered tasted a bit off and some clumpy chia portion. I also ordered a turmeric shot that was on top of the chia pudding when they were handed to me. Maybe it got a bit of the juice shot in it. I didn't eat the clumpy chia and just went around it. I've also ordered some bowls in the past. Overall, sometimes the order comes in perfect and yummy but there are some days they don't look good/taste weird. I think it depends on who make them.

Juices and shots are good. Seems to be understaffed. Someone is always working on online orders but there’s wait time at the cashier. Hire another team member and service will be way better

I ordered 2 3-day cleanses on Saturday morning to be picked up Monday morning. The Nektar worker was very nice, but informed me she only had one 1-day cleanse ready and the other days as part of the cleanse were missing and may have gotten mixed up with another cleanse order. She let me know the other juices would arrive the next day after 1:00pm and asked if I could pick them up then.

It was a busy day and the juicer was tackling order after order quite impressive.

Overall it’s been good and I really appreciate that everything is fresh and just juice. My online orders have been wrong multiple times so that’s the only downside.

Love the drinks that’s why my bf and I go at least once a week. However there’s always only 1 person who is working. It takes forever and the employees never smile. It’s very sad. Such a great juice place with such bad customer service.

Only 1 person working everytime I come. I didn’t know you can only scan the app once m. Had I known I would’ve find the reward I want to use and scan it instead of scanning the membership bar code. Wish the employee would smile and inform the customers about things like this. Such an amazing juice place. Expensive but yummy! Let’s not let the customer service affect this fantastic healthy smoothie business !

I use to go there least 3-4 times a week but now I go once a month. The portions are half of what it use to be and when I get free bowl and still pay for almond butter but they don’t put it. Like I can’t taste the difference! Happened twice already! My friends also say the same thing about the portions so I’m not the only one. It’s really sad bcuz I use to love going there but I go to Juice and bowls most of the time now bcuz you get more there like unlimited toppings. I feel like Nekter should change back like before or they’ll be losing more customers.
