I always have a great experience at Nekter juice bar.

I would like the ability to order my custom drink from the app. Currently, I can not order apple, carrot, orange juice, ginger, and lemon. The app prevents me from adding apple and carrots together. Aside from the app, the customer service is great and orders have been made in time and ready for pick up. Makes breakfast an easy choice and a breeze to pick up on the way to work.

My order is always ready for me when I arrive and I truly appreciate that. Staff is friendly too. Would love for the celery juice to go back to $5.00. Thank you

I love Nektar. Always a great experience. Only issue today was I'm pretty certain my juice was missing a key ingredient.

My watermelon smoothie was more like watermelon juice. Didn’t have the thick Consistency like a smoothie. So I asked if this is how it’s suppose to look like and they said yes, but when I looked down at the counter there was a watermelon smoothie made right. So I had them remake me smoothie. Because I wasn’t going to walk out paying for the large $12 and some change

I haven’t been happy with the chino hills location. Today the smoothie and my bowl were both watery. From order to pick up was only about 15 minutes but I noticed right away when they took the smoothie out of the fridge that it was separated and all watery and the bowl was like soup…I have picked up both these items at the San Dimas location in the same amount of time and they are still cold and thick. Disappointed in paying $7+ for poor tasting “orange juice”. Unfortunately since this is the nearest location to me now I most likely won’t be back.

The only problem is parking at this location. It is impossible to get into your shop to pickup. I used to order from you almost daily but due to parking issues, I have switched to another juice restaurant. Today I had to park across the street and cross a busy intersection just to get my stuff. I love your products and prefer coming to you, but sadly the parking keeps me away and my business goes to another store. I wish there was a fix because your products are far better!

My juice was so tasty. I purchased a large but had a coupon so it made it taste even better! I love feeling like I’m getting a great deal.

I am in the area once every two weeks and always look forward to ordering the Protein Pwer bowl and the Greenie juice drink with beets added. The employees at the Chino Hills location are always kind and will accommodate my special requests.
