I ordered via the app and scheduled for a 4:30 pick up. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was greeted by the friendly staff person upon entry. My order was ready to go 10 minutes earlier than expected! My wife and I enjoyed our smoothies.

Great customer service and my mango smoothie was very good!

Savannah is the BEST! She is friendly, welcoming, and warm. She makes the most AMAZING smoothie! She is the reason I go every day!!

This is the ONLY place I go to get smoothies from (their açaí bowls are good too). The fruits always taste sweet, vegetables always fresh and I always get great service here. Special thank you to April and store manager Savannah who both know my go-to order and name now so when I come in for pickup, they just say hello and grab it out the fridge without prompting. The store is always clean and I always feel well-taken care of here. They do well with handling large orders as well and manager Savannah is kind, a great leader, and very responsive to feedback. Coming to Nekter has been a bright part of my mornings and a helpful and sweet contributor to my health journey. The only thing I would like to see added is some shading on the windows. No matter the temperature outside, it’s always warm in here and I’m concerned for my girlies as we head toward summer. To Savannah, April, and friends: thank you! I will see you again real soon!

Very nice it looked like they were training a girl and they were both very polite. The smoothie is amazing as well.

The smoothies are very yummy but the price is kinda high. The staff are kind and helpful but the store is always really hot, even early in the morning. Nekter should invest in insulated blinds or something for the employees and guests to keep them cool.

Savannah is the best store manager. She is courteous, accommodating, warm, and friendly. She makes incredible smoothies and is a delight to see!!

My wife and I enjoyed our smoothies from here. The staff were friendly and service was great! We didn’t have to wait too long for our smoothies.

Visited at 10:30 a.m, on Monday March 16th. Experienced the worst customer service and food quality. I get that it’s understaffed but I feel like that shouldn’t compromise the quality of food and service by that much. When we entered we immediately got an eye roll from the girl making the smoothies. When taking the order, she was practically frowning and barely even looked up. When we asked to add avocado into the smoothies she quickly shut us down and said they were out of avocados, but based on her previous given attitude, it just seemed like she didn’t want to go in the back and get them. When our smoothies came out (we ordered strawberry banana protein smoothies), they were watery, and just tasted like strawberries no bananas, as well as no dates when we added them. I’ve never hit “No tip” as fast as I did this morning, and I usually always tip even if the service is mediocre.

Savannah is amazing! She is the sweetest and truly cares about her customers. She is always friendly and makes my smoothie every day perfectly! I look forward to seeing her everyday!!!

Quick service and delicious smoothie!

I'm new to Nekter. My experience thus far has been excellent and the bowls / smoothies are subperb!

Sad that the quality of their food has gone down just because the owners don't want to pay for a second employee to help make drinks. Too expensive for them to make crap drinks. I spent 28 bucks for two smoothies so they could taste like crap. Its not the employees fault tho... she's rushing through the drinks to get caught up and the quality of the drink or food goes down. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes so she could acknowledge me. Then when I was acknowledged i was told that it would be 10-15 mins before she could get to me. I went ahead and ordered through my app. She rushed making my drinks and it tasted awful. Id like a refund for that price!!

Giving an overall one star because my girlfriend found a staple in her smoothie. Not sure what a crumpled staple would be doing in or anywhere near her smoothie, but this shouldn't have happened.
