I really appreciate receiving a warm greeting every morning when I pick up my smoothie. Everyone is nice and friendly.

the smoothie i received was very icy, and no flavor. Don't really taste the fruits, it was made and poorly and tastes quite bland. Very different to the usual quality

Mobile order wasnt ready when i went for pick up PAST the time I was quoted but it wasnt a huge deal. Parking is a bit of a doozy, maybe two "mobile order/door dash 15 min" parking spots out front would be nice. but again, a luxury. you have a great team and great smoothies. i will be returning.

I thoroughly enjoy the health nut smoothie at Nekter. This particular location is well decorated and modern. My only issue was the staff member who took my order wasn't friendly and even borderline rude.

The employees of the Chino Hills location are always friendly. I get a smoothie before work and Nektar helps me to have a good start to my workday.

I get a smoothie for breakfast most mornings and Nekter is my store of choice. When I travel I have to use other Juice franchises and none measure up.

I understand the employees were somewhat busy and I appreciate their efforts. However, after I picked up my order, I realized it was the wrong smoothie. I ordered a pink flamingo but instead received a berry banana burst. By this time, it would have been more of an inconvenience to drive back to the store to have my order corrected. My suggestion is that the employees undergo extra training to ensure they make and give patrons the correct order that they paid for.

Pricey!! But way better smoothies then most places everything is super fresh!
