The girl making the bowls did not know how to interact with customers. Her colleague told her to check in with me because I was waiting for a to go order and she never interacted with me until I finally asked for my order but I was waiting for 10 minutes and my order was in the freezer.

The employee who helped me today was adorable and cheerful. She knew the menu and knew exactly how to help me order for my husband who is allergic to strawberries. She was very helpful and very efficient. Great customer service and both bowls were delicious!

I got a PB bowl, and the fruit toppings were scarce. I said no green apple, and they usually put more banana or strawberry. However, they did not and left a “blank” space. The strawberry was also cut up in little pieces as if it were for a baby (not slices like it usually is) and there was not very much in there. The amount of banana slices on top was also less than normal.

Only issue is I’m pretty sure the protein I requested wanted added to the bowl or drink

This is the ONLY place I go to get smoothies from (their açaí bowls are good too). The fruits always taste sweet, vegetables always fresh and I always get great service here. Special thank you to April and store manager Savannah who both know my go-to order and name now so when I come in for pickup, they just say hello and grab it out the fridge without prompting. The store is always clean and I always feel well-taken care of here. They do well with handling large orders as well and manager Savannah is kind, a great leader, and very responsive to feedback. Coming to Nekter has been a bright part of my mornings and a helpful and sweet contributor to my health journey. The only thing I would like to see added is some shading on the windows. No matter the temperature outside, it’s always warm in here and I’m concerned for my girlies as we head toward summer. To Savannah, April, and friends: thank you! I will see you again real soon!

Quality ingredients, convenient locations. App could be a little better but glad to be able to order ahead. The store employee wasn’t the friendliest (not rude though). She did confess to making a mistake on the order. I didn’t have time wait for a new bowl to be made.

Staff greeted me promptly. Very friendly. My power protein bowl was delicious.

I'm new to Nekter. My experience thus far has been excellent and the bowls / smoothies are subperb!

The two bowls I ordered are well made. They are filled up so I feel it is a good value and will continue to buy in the future.

The last chia pudding I ordered tasted a bit off and some clumpy chia portion. I also ordered a turmeric shot that was on top of the chia pudding when they were handed to me. Maybe it got a bit of the juice shot in it. I didn't eat the clumpy chia and just went around it. I've also ordered some bowls in the past. Overall, sometimes the order comes in perfect and yummy but there are some days they don't look good/taste weird. I think it depends on who make them.

I was very happy with the service and quality of my acai bowl

The person behind the counter was very pleasant. I placed my order ahead of time. I ordered two bowls both splits. The dragon fruit bowls were both less than half way full. I paid for extra bananas on both bowls. Did not receive extra bananas. Everything tasted great just disappointed everything wasn't how I ordered it.
