Fresh juices all the time and consistent friendly service

Honestly I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the smoothie. Much better than juice it up or those other places.

This location, which is open until 8 pm, stops serving juice at 7 pm. I went in at 7:11 and the girl told me they don’t serve juices past 7 pm.

I’ve come here about 10 times and 8 out of those 10 times, there was flies on the fruit. My last visit I had to walk out watching her make juices for a couple in front of me…She grabbed apple that had fruit flies on it and a group of flies flew out of the apple bin. Flies were also on the lemons and oranges. I’ve seen it one to many times and bummed because I love fresh juice and not many places make fresh juice.

My experiences with Nekter have been nothing short of great! I’ve been obsessed with their green juices as of lately, but you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu!

The overall experience was very good. Only think to really you should pay attention is to do not waists that amount of water. During the whole time that I was there waiting for my juice the sink faucet was open, there were almost 10 minutes of water waist.

My experience was great I usually get the green juice & it’s always so delicious and the service is exceptional.

The juice I ordered was good and it was made very fast. I normally order on the app, but decided to order in person this time. The sales clerk did not seem well trained and I was getting overcharged. For some reason, she was charging me for sliced apples when I was ordering a make your own juice of apples, spinach, cucumber and lemon. When I pointed it out to her, she insisted that it was correct. So I had her cancel my order, and I ordered it on the app instead. Besides that, the other employee was quick and the juice was delicious, as always.

I preordered and paid for 3-one day cleanses. I showed up to pick it up and the juices were not available for me to pick up. I was told they had missed the order. I understand human error, but what was more disturbing is the associate (although she was very pleasant) didn’t quite know how to handle the mistake and was sort of tongue tied. When I went back the next day to pick up, the associate (a different one from the day prior) handed me the wrong order. Another associate asked him to check before I walked off with it…and indeed it was the wrong order . I would’ve 1) gotten home and realized I didn’t have the juices I ordered and 2) another customer would’ve gotten there to pick up their order and it would’ve been realized it wa s given to another customer. Not sure where the disconnect is, but figured I’d share my experience. Hopefully operations are smoother out in case I decide to do another cleanse (which I plan to do monthly…I usually go to the one in San Dimas, but this location is now closer to our home)
