Tonight, my son had a nut allergy from their drink at this location. So disappointed -they are not sensitive to food allergies. Not advertised on their menu- warnings for allergens. He had to go to ER because of the allergic reaction.

We're really concerned to hear about your son's experience and we take allergies very seriously. We have it posted in the store and on the menu board as well.
In the future please make sure you are letting us know about any allergies prior to your order as we have very specific guidelines that we follow to ensure that we are keeping you and all of our other customers as safe as possible.

We were hesitant but were very pleasantly surprised with awesome customer service as well as a great selection of fresh juices and smoothies. This Saturday crew was wonderful!

Love you guys, always really good smoothies. Occasionally, when a different shift is working when we order a different times, we get some funky ones however, for the majority of the time they are exceptionally good we always add to our smoothies.

Staff is great and seems to be overworked. Your online system does not set expectations on proper pick up time and your staff seems to be doing a million things at once trying to catch up.
Hire more people, give your current employees a raise, and set better timing expectations from online orders to respect your customers time.
