Tasted great and service was friendly and fast even though they were busy

We like Nektar but don't go there if you're looking for something quick. The family in front of us waited 40 minutes and we waited 30 for one item. The store itself wasn't crazy busy so I'm guessing they were hit with app/online orders. Suggestion for the manager: if you know things are busy, tell people to expect a long wait. If they decide to sit for 30 minutes for their food, then they can make that decision. People were clearly frustrated with waiting.

The smoothie was great today.

I frequent this Nektar but now have wondered if I want to continue going to Nektar. On the app it has "Build Your Own" ex PB base. w/o added PB doesn't taste like any PB in it, so I add more w a $1 charge. There is never enough Agave for my taste so I always have to ask for more, I ordered dates & gr apple for toppings & there was less than 1 tbsp of these toppings for $1 each. I ordered coconut Whipped Cream, got about 1 tbsp on my bowl for another dollar. I had questions about getting my points on the app, since I made the order on my phone, and the person at check out had no idea about questions regarding the app. I just took it the first time, but when I got to the Nektar to pick up my most recent order, I made sure to check things & some of the same things were true again & they forgot one of my toppings. When I told the second person at the register I pd $20 for this bowl (which for me is a lot) & asked her to pls put the missing topping & add whipped cream on the bowl, she was gracious & did do that. She offered me a free shot & explained that people were in training. I appreciated that. In the long run, too expensive, too stingy w toppings.

Every single time I prder from this place, when I arrive they ALWAYS say "you are q5 minutes early," even if ai ordered an hour before. It takes SO LONG to get any order, even of there is nobody there. Do not go here if you want decent customer service, or an order prepared within your lifetime.

I had set a mobile order and it said it would be 15 minutes. I got there exactly on time and they were running behind. No problem if wait a little longer. That little longer ended up being over 20 minutes after I was told it would be ready. I normally wouldn’t be as unhappy but my dogs were in the car on a hot day. All I’m saying is I was expecting to pick up my order on time or 5 minutes later BUT not 20 minutes late. If an order is going to be late you should let me know so I can prepare. I would have left my dogs at home and this wouldn’t have been a problem. I understand they were busy but when people who ordered after me got their order before me, who placed it 25 minutes before they ordered, is an issue. I hope this was a fluke because I love your bowls. Thank you.

Very accurate

We were told that the blender broke. The girls that were working were short and not very kind to clients trying to order and ask about existing orders.

It's overall good. I order the same smoothie - PB Chocolate. This time was different. There were a lot of tiny slimy banana pieces, never had that before. And it's not the yummy crunchy nibs.

I love Nektar.

I placed a pick up order cause I need to be somewhere at a certain time, so it was a little frustrating that my order was not complete at the time it was scheduled to be picked up. This is my first time ordering anything from nekter, so i hope they prioritize pick up orders in the future. As I will usually be placing a pick up order on my way to meetings. I had to wait almost 10 min for my order and now I'll be several minutes late to my meeting.

The staff is always super nice and the smoothies are so fresh and yummy. Since I am lactose intolerant, it's good having good dairy free options
