The staff was very kind and friendly but it took almost 20!! Minutes for them to make my bowl. I love nekter but I may not come back again if it always takes that long.

If only there could be ZERO stars... I don’t even know where to begin with this place. I’ve been 10+ times in the past month and the experience and quality got worse every time. I’m so addicted to fresh juice I kept going back... But seriously don’t waste your money like I have. The wait is over 20 minutes even when it’s only you in the store. The drinks are never consistent. For the price they’re asking you would think there’s more “Fresh” fruit and vegetables. Sad to say lots of it’s frozen. Even fruits in season. So disappointed I had the highest hopes for this place!

Nekter is a real deal juice bar. Dairy free. Sugar free. Juice or smoothie options. It may feel expensive but when you consider that you are getting tons of fresh food juiced into that drink....yes, please.

If you’re looking for CLEAN and HEALTHY come here. These ladies are constantly moving to make juices, smoothies, and power bowls fresh with every order. The online pre order app is key to avoiding a wait.

The store was clean, my smoothie was delicious and the woman who took my order was helpful and friendly. I'll be back, for sure!

I absolutely love Nekter so much I was driving out of my way just to visit the one on University to get my fix. So excited there's one right around the corner from me! They just opened a week ago and I've already been 3 times! Yes, they were fairly busy but I expected it knowing there were plenty of us super excited to see them open so I planned accordingly. I cannot imagine how difficult it must have been for the owner to pull this off during a pandemic. Kudos!!!! I will definitely be a regular here. So grateful for this and I love supporting small business owners. Thanks Nekter!

Finally a Nekter on the west side of town. I've been there twice this week and just love it. Yes they just opened and the staff is still learning how to make all the wonderful goodies, but they are all so nice and great at explaining all the menu items. Everything is made to order and fresh. I think I'll be a daily customer.

I have been to other Nekter locations before and have always had great experiences. However, this store is unlike the others. There was no warning that the employees were running behind — it took 32 minutes to get two smoothies and a bowl. When the order was finally ready one smoothie and two bowls were brought out. Quality was poor. The customer service was lacking. Will not be recommending.

Normally I don’t write reviews at all. However, I was really looking forward to coming to Nektar, especially since the opening had been delayed for so long, and was very disappointed by my first visit. The staff was polite, but I was asked if I was in a rush. I told them no. I then waited 20 minutes for a peanut butter açaí bowl with no bananas inside or on top. When I got my order, and the receipt that came with it, it looked as if my bowl was exactly what I ordered with the specification of no bananas on the inside or on top. It wasn’t until I got home and started eating the bowl that I found a CHUNK of an unblended banana inside of my bowl. It’s appalling to me that I waited 20 minutes for an incorrect order.
