I had a delivery order and for the 3rd time part of my order was missing. I have been informed that the FOH and BOH do not communicate and this is the reason for the error. I don't care the reason, the issue should have been resolved after the first instance. If this has happened to me 3 times, I can only imagine how many times it has happened to others. Just deliver the entire order. I received my bowl but did not get my shot. That is better than in the past when I was delivered only my shot and no bowl.

Update 7 months later - after 6 months of issues they finally started getting my order right. But, this is still by far the most inconsistent and slow Nektar so I still go out of my way to avoid it.
This place cannot get my order right! Its a standard bowl minus one topping. I've got several variations of wrong, but the last four times this has been an issue. Can not get anyone to contact me to discuss this issue.

I ordered a head and the order was ready at the time I selected. My only comment is I had ordered a lot of bowls and smoothies and they weren't labeled so I had to figure out whose was who

I ordered online and my spouse picked up the order. Under other requests I marked “no granola”, because I have an allergy. Typically this request is followed when I order online, but when I opened the smoothie bowl there was granola on top. I had to scrape off about half the bowl to get rid of the oats.

Ordered my bowl at 11:26 and waiting in store at 11:48 and finally helped but told did not receive my order. Showed my receipt and continued to wait.

The quality of the products have gone down a great deal. The bowls used to be packed with fresh fruit and the peanut butter ball that brought it all together. The bowls we received were sloppy with minimal fresh fruit and a slop of peanut butter sauce. The product as sold now is not appealing to us. If you bring back the old ways please reach out we would love to come back.
