My pickup orders always seem to be delayed at least 5 minutes every time, sometimes up to 15 minutes late. Maybe the time estimate needs to just be increased to properly set expectations. Drinks and bowls are always perfect tho!

The bowl doesn’t look anything like the photo, very sloppy, couldn’t even tell if there were strawberries in it. I also added pineapple and mango but not sure if those are in. My bowl was not full, at least an inch under the lid.

The customer service/greetings are hit or miss. Today one staff person ignored me but thankfully another soon followed and addressed me. And then bowls are too runny for my taste - I would prefer for them to be thicker. I could easily drink a bowl with a straw - they are basically a smoothie. Elsewhere the bowls have a thicker consistency which is better suited for a bowl/to eat with a spoon... Thanks for all the vegan options!!

It was great! I ordered online and as soon as I got there it was ready. I went up to the counter they handed me my two açai bowls. I would come back to Nektar anytime

It was fine. A bit disappointed in the amount of cacao nibs that were an add on for $1.00. There should be a selection on the app for a "substitution" ie - berries instead of bananas. If there is already that option, I don't know how to do it.
Other than that, great bowl.

Nothing major, just a small error. I order bananas on top of my smoothie bowl and they were blended in. When I asked, I was told there was a separate button to add them on top. After looking back on my online order, I had selected bananas on top.

I mentioned to the employee about the app and when ordering how confusing it can be when it comes to the protein. I ordered a protein bowl and it made my choose no boost or protein to proceed with the order. It's very confusing. So I tried to get to the store extra early to make sure my protein was added in there even though the app made me select no protein or boost.

I always order online and 9/10 they get the order correct. I love this place just make sure you pay attention to specifications with orders. I cannot have cacao nibs and sometimes they are still in my protein bowl. I scoop them out but I lose part of the granola on top.

I ordered two menu items. The açaí bowl was missing the added almond butter I paid for and not only no agave on top, missing the extra I asked for. In addition, I ordered online with a pick up time of 12:37. Upon arrival still had to wait 20 minutes.
