This place is always busy! Been going here for years and it's gone downhill...for a bowl.it shouldn't take 30+ min and then I get it and it's like eating soup!!! For $15..I stopped wasting my money AND TIME!!!! on mediocre food!

I ordered 5 bowls and 3 out of the 5 had something wrong with our order. I was up charged for extra’s and didn’t receive it.

I love nekter! One of my favorite places to grab a quick snack!!! Love the build your own bowl!!!

Food flavor good and staff was apologetic but it I ordered ahead online to save time and it took almost 20 minutes to receive my bowl.

It took 40 minutes to get my 2 bowls I ordered online ahead of time.

Fine, except I did not want the cocoa chips and they were placed in my bowl.

I love Nekter! High quality ingredients, friendly staff, speedy service. I miss the turmeric bowl. It was my fav!

When I opened my açaí bowl, I found ingredients I did not order. 2nd less-than-quality experience at this location. Unfortunately, it’s more convenient than the other 2 closest locations, where I have had better experiences.

Usually I place an order and the speed is great. Usually someone greets me. The review is about an experience I had and didn’t to purchase and couldn’t leave feedback. About a month ago received a coupon and couldn’t use it online. Spent quite a bit of time trying to do that. In the end I went to place my order. It was a few minutes before 5. And I recognize that’s very close to closing. The door was open but I was told that it was closed and not taking any orders. The two females were obviously in the middle of cleaning. Is this common practice? To clean and close before 5? That was frustrating as I had tried online and in person and in the end didn’t get the bowl I was hoping for. I tried to find a place online to inquire about company policy. But couldn’t. That was also frustrating.

The drinks are good and delicious nice and refreshing I will be coming back again. The açaí bowl and peanut butter bowl recommend.

The bowl I ordered was fantastic! It was made exactly how I ordered it and the service was nice.

No issue with the experience. But the product was not great. We had unripe bananas that were incredibly bitter. Our dragon fruit bowl must have been missing an ingredient. It was lacking flavor and unusually slimy.

Love your bowls just wish there was more than 1 strawberry in it.

Went in today and the line was almost out the door so I knew I was in for a wait. Nice gentleman was helping me at the register and was very knowledgeable with all my questions and requests. I got my açaí mango bowl out in a timely manner and was worth the wait. The person who helped me also went out of his way to make sure I was all set when handing me my bowl and a spoon and wished me a good rest of my day!
