Always takes care of me. If you want your order fast - always mobile order ahead of time. Otherwise, be patient! They are making bomb smoothies and bowls from scratch, it takes a minute!

Love the selection of smoothies and bowls at Nekter.

My family and I LOVE Nekter and order from your store regularly. However, I might not be ordering for a while. I have a child under 12, who cannot yet be vaccinated. I came into your store with my child to pick up my bowl and I saw that only one out of three employees in the front was wearing her mask correctly. The other two had their noses exposed and one of them just pulled it below her chin after a few minutes, exposing her mouth, and it remained there the rest of the time we were in the store. These employees are making our food. They can easily transmit the COVID virus onto the food they are making for us, if their noses and/or mouths are not covered. I know it’s hard, my husband works at a grocery store and has to wear a mask for 10+ hours a day. But it’s the right thing to do. I’ll come back in when I walk by and see that everyone is wearing their mask properly.

Waited almost an hour for two bowls that I ordered online before hand. Was told it would be ready in 5 minutes then waited an additional 15-20 minutes.

We ordered online. We arrived 10 minutes after the pick-up was scheduled to be ready. When I entered the store a gentleman was already waiting. No one was at the front counter. After waiting close to 5 minutes I decided to go behind the counter open the door to the back at which time I saw two females talking and one female working no one was wearing masks or gloves that I saw. I informed the females that 2 customers have been waiting at the front counter for service. They all apologized. I walked back in front of the counter only to wait another couple of minutes before the female employee that was working in the back to come out. They did not have the gentlemans order at all and my order was ready however they had no lids for our 3 bowls that we ordered for takeout. Not good with a pandemic going on. We will probably not go back. To bad because we love the food and would go at least 2 times a month. Hope things can get better for this particular store. Thank you.

Great products, but the bowl I ordered was less than half full, and missing the chia pudding layer that I love. Didn’t notice until I got home, and was really disappointed by the portion and the missing components.

Juice and smoothie bowls were delicious as always. They got my order wrong, and the guy there didn't seem like he wanted to help me when I said it didn't look right. I ordered $80 worth of items, so I'm glad I looked to make sure it was correct before I drove off.

My experience at the Littleton Nekter has been awesome since day one. The app makes ordering and pickup so quick and easy, which is nice as I know it takes a while to craft these delicious creations (I like the bowls). Everyone who works there is always so kind and as attentive as they can be. It is always sparkling clean, and is such a cool vibe with the living plant wall/art. I’m a big fan ;)

Sometimes my bowls are full and to the top of the kid and sometimes there is less than half a bowl when I order online. I keep going to Nekter but it is annoying when I am unsure as to why I’ll get.

It was great. Everyone was courteous, kind and prompt. My food was delicious. I wanted to lick the bowl.

Always missing my peanut butter add-in not sure why this happens so often. Also if I ordering more than 2 bowls please place them in a bag it makes things way easier.

This place is absolutely wonderful! All of their smoothies and bowls are delicious and promptly made. The staff is always very nice and helpful too. My preschooler and toddler think the açaí bowls are treats! We come at least once a week for dinner.

Guys- get it together. This is my third try at this location. It’s always staffed, yet it takes at minimum, 20 minutes. 20 minutes!? Clearly, this is a common thing looking at the lobby and read the other reviews. The bowls are good but definitely not worth a 20 minute wait 🙄. *** Yes, this last mobile order pick up was prompt! Have ordered smoothies here before online and are great, today was an acai bowl online order I went in to the pick up counter and was ignored for almost 10min other customers were attended until I proceeded to say excuse me to a staff member and told her I was picking up an order. She than grabbed the order threw it on the counter and said here you go and walked off.

I like this location. Most locations are hit or miss. This one is very consistent. They fill bowls up. Which other ones don't.
