I absolutely love the bowls from here

Your fruit is very underwhelming. I visit other locations that specialize in Acai bowls and they have beautiful fresh fruit on the top. Your fruit "seems" to be frozen/ old... I have had brown pineapple and brown strawberries. The blueberries on my last visit were extremely tiny. For that reason- I will be more likely to visit another location over yours.

Overall great; I did pay for pea protein to be added to my Immunity bowl, but when I got home with my order realized it was left out.

The experience is always great at this location. They are all friendly and put a lot of care into their bowls and drinks.

Today was the first day we have been here. We ordered three different açaí bowls. We had our first açaí bowl yesterday at Coco Loco in Aurora. It was delicious. I did like the bowl here but the staff was untrained on their own app and the manager that came to help was very rude and seemed bothered toby the request for help. I know that people have bad days, learn to rise above them because that is what they pay you for.

Love the smoothie bowls. Always fresh.

Love Nekter, but this location on Wadsworth and Bowles is having some issue with staffing and urgency. There are always people in the main area complaining at how long it takes, and rarely anyone ever comes out to the front to take orders. When I order via the app and pick it up, I allow for 30 minutes since it takes that long and then I still have to wait when I get to the store for anyone to come to the counter.

Fine, except there were no goji berries in my acai Superfood bowl. Next time!

Ordered 2 bowls- both were not even 3/4 full? First time this happened… didn’t know until we got home or I would have said something… also had some add in’s that didn’t make it…

Very good! The server who assisted me not only helped me with ordering from the app, but she did it with patience and kindness. She had waited on me my first visit a few weeks back and because of her professionalism, this is my third visit. (And the Acai SuperFood Bowl is outstanding!). I thank her sincerely!

I ordered online and when I went into the store the wifi was down. I waited 25 minutes in the store for 1 smoothie and 1 bowl for my order to be fulfilled. I was late to pick up my kids from school. I understand you can't do anything about wifi, but I would have had all staff working to fill orders. One person was interviewing a job candidate about customer services while I stood pacing the floor.

I ordered for a set pick up time at 12:15 pm. I walked in at 12:15 pm, and didn't receive my order until 12:37 pm. Both of my ordered were inaccurate - toppings that I ordered to be taken off were still there and additions I had requested were missing on both my smoothie and my bowl. This is the second time that I have had to wait over 20 minutes for a bowl that I ordered in advance and the orders were wrong. Honestly, I don't feel like its reliable to go back.

My smoothie bowl was pretty runny for a bowl.

The Açaí PB bowl was a little soggy but still good

We love Nekter but they have put granola on my daughters bowl 3-4X when we make granola on the side. It ruins the bowl when you hate granola and have to pick it all out.
