I mobile ordered a smoothie bowl and that was great. I had someone call in a juice cleanse and they said nobody placed the order even though they did. I was leaving and got a call to head back to the store and ask for a 3 day cleanse. The lady’s behind the counter seemed very annoyed and why they didn’t offer to make a new one the first time I was in, doesn’t make any sense.

This is not a bad smoothie/ bowl place. They have a pretty wide range of options and combinations. This time, I got a medium berry banana burst with a sub of orange juice per the recommendation from the nice guy who took my order. It was very good and tasted fresh. I’ve tried a lemonade refresher thing, which was also great. It took a minute to get my order but there was others before me and they clearly make everything to order. Prices are a little high, but again, it’s fresh and made right away. My only wish was for there to be some sandwich or other eats options. But, It’s a good little place for a healthy boost. I’m excited to try other things they offer!

Nektar is one of my most favorite places for a meal or snack. My latest order was WONDERFUL and a great value. I typically get the exact same thing (acai bowl with cacao nibs) and will share that there is sometimes great variability in the amount of fruit and cacao nibs included. I don't know if this is just an oversight, limited availability, or a staff training issue but it can be a bit frustrating. However the quality is typically great and I do enjoy whatever I get from Nektar. I also really appreciate your request for regular feedback. It makes me believe that you truly care about your customers and continuing to offer high-quality products. Thank you.

I was first introduced to Nekter in Phoenix so this was the first time I visited in Colorado. I had set up my app and placed my order just before I walked in. The app said that my bowls would be ready in 20 minutes,but the young man had them ready about 5 minutes after I walked in. He was very pleasant!

I ordered the acai superfood bowl, the bowl was missing lot's of its ingredients no apples no goji berries and was very runny. Not thick like usual 😒

The staff was friendly and polite; however I would like to comment that the last 3-4 times I have visited there hasn’t been a much fruit top of the bowls I have ordered

My boyfriend and I went for a hike and wanted a fruit bowl afterwards. We got two different bowls and they were both so fresh and beautiful. It was exactly what we needed to replenish afterwards! We will be back.

My order was not ready upon arrival despite the fact I ordered ahead. I had to wait quite a while past my pickup time for my bowls to be ready.

I got my smoothie bowl very quickly after I ordered it, the staff was very helpful, and it was super delicious!
