Ordered online for delivery. Took an hour for bowl to be picked up after it’s been made. Called store and was told go call the delivery company yourself when there is zero contact information given by the link sent to track delivery.

I ordered a 4-day cleanse through the app a few days ahead of time and called to confirm it was ready before coming to pick it up. When I got there, they didn't have the 4 cleanse bags ready, just the extra juices I ordered to go with it. I let them know and they took me over to the fridge where the cleanse bags are normally displayed, but then the girl only gave me one bag and tried to tell me that that was it for the 4-day cleanse, that it's only one juice per day. I've done these cleanses multiple times so I could tell that she was confused. Not sure if she was new or something. One of the other employees stepped in and we got it all sorted, but I just thought it was weird that someone working there seemed to have no idea how the cleanses worked. Just wanted to pass this along in case there's a gap in training somewhere. Ultimately not a huge deal because we got it worked out, but thanks for listening to the feedback.

Staff was very friendly and polite about the time it took to create my order. I did however watch the team member struggle to make it with a dull knife. Please get them better quality knives or at least a knife sharpener!

This location is always busy.. But the employees don’t let it bother them! They make all the drinks fast & perfect!! Thank you

I ordered a PB Mocha, it was pretty much just watery coffee grounds, definitely no PB or vanilla, or banana. Tasted like watered down cold brew. It was pretty much undrinkable. I normally have no complaints and I go to this location at least several times per week with no issues, but today’s visit was disappointing.

The drink was tasty as always!

Usually order in via mobile and it’s so quick! Today it was so slow, I ordered at 10:20 am and left at 10:55 am.
