My order was not ready at the promised time, but when I checked on the status, the staff was very apologetic and began my order right away. It was very busy with several customers picking up app orders and new customers coming in the place orders as well. It was clear that the employees were all hustling as best as they could!

All of your locations I've visited in Arizona and California are always understaffed during peak hours. An online order with a 20 min pick time turns into 50 min to an hour sometimes. The emoyees are husseling so it's not their fault.

I preordered on the app. Usually works well however picked up my Greenie and I ordered and paid for chia seeds and they didn’t put them in. Sad face. Already at work at can’t go back.
