Nekter Juice Bar - La Jolla

Was my 1st time trying Nekter. I ordered on the app, when I arrived there seemed to be a good amount of annoyed people sitting around waiting. My order wasn't ready yet (5 minutes after the time they said it would be), and it took an additional 15 minutes beyond that to get my order. 1/2 of which was wrong because they somehow ran out of oranges. There needs to be a manager there to help with the operation. I likely won't be back. Bad 1st experience.

Placed the order at 2:50 with a 15 min ETA. Checked on my drink at 3:05 — didn’t get it until 3:30. 40 min wait when estimate was 15 is pretty absurd. The workers seemed like they were trying to move as fast as they could but they might have all been new at their jobs or felt overwhelmed by the amount of orders. Also they should prioritize earlier online orders over in store later orders..

The bowls are awesome.. the fruit and toppings are fresh.. portions are good..

Staff was friendly and efficient

I didn’t get the bowl I ordered but it was still an açaí bowl so I kept it. Normally everything is great! 👍🏽

The staff work very hard, but the order volume is very high. Recommend increasing the estimate of length of time for the order to be ready on the app.(I always have to wait another 10-15 minutes for my order past the app estimate). I even try to show up 5-10 minutes after the app estimated time, and still have to wait another 5-10 min.

Service was really slow, it’s slow every time. Love Nektar but it has to be faster for me to go consistently

I'm a frequent customer, so you know I love ya. I would love to see more warm bowl options for the fall! Oatmeal for example! Also, would be cool to have a chia pudding bowl options. Yummmm.
