The smoothie wasn't ready until after the pickup time the app promised. It was also very chunky, so it clearly wasn't blended all the way.

It was good but I was bummed that my smoothie was missing banana as I had ordered. Usually not a big deal but for a $9 smoothie, it’s too bad

I really enjoyed my smoothie this time! It was nice and thick and had the right amount of cocoa/cacao this time. In the past, my orders have not been ready at the predicted time provided in the app, so this time I placed my order well in advance. I appreciated that this location has a freezer/fridge to keep items fresh/cold until customers pick up.

Good, but sometimes the consistency of how the same smoothie is prepared varies. I realize that fruit may vary but I think it may be the amount of other ingredients (my experience has been with the PB Mocha).

Super convenient! The two staffs who work there were sooo kind and friendly! Really love the peanut butter chocolate protein smoothie. It is rich yet refreshing. they also allow vegan protein powder. 4/18/2026, love the chocolate peanut butter smoothie! So delicious, and very helpful staff. Thank you for the great work!! I was in town for travel and wanted a ginger shot to boost my immune system. They had a great option that was just straight lemon and ginger. Plus they could do vegan smoothies, perfect for food allergies. So good that I came back a second time for the same order.

The food is amazing here but the service is disorganized and usually has extremely long wait times. I ordered online and came into the store when the app said my order was ready. The staff said they would tell me when my order was ready, and apparently didn’t check if it had already been completed. I ended up waiting for 30+ minutes in the store after already ordering online, then finally asked them to please check the order again. Turns out it had been sitting in their fridge the entire time which was extremely frustrating as they clearly didn’t check the first time I asked. Total order time was over 45 minutes for a simple smoothie bowl that is now melted from sitting for so long.

It was my first time here and the staff was super nice! And the smoothie was delicious! Definitely worth it
