The smoothie wasn't ready until after the pickup time the app promised. It was also very chunky, so it clearly wasn't blended all the way.

I love being able to order on my phone and drive to my favorite location to pick it up. Very delicious juice!

Customer service for online orders needs improvement. Stood in the pickup section, along with another lady, without any customer service. Cashier kept on taking orders after we arrive and other folks were tending to current orders. I tipped.
