The customer service was great but my drink was not. The coldbrew protein smoothie was overly sweetened this time... to the point that I can't drink it.

I love the fresh juice and smoothies. Online ordering is the way to go!

The staff today were doing an excellent job, they moved through a LOT of orders efficiently. And much much improved communication with the customers who walk up to the pick up area. Also the guy making smoothies blended the dates up in my PB smoothie:D they are normally in chunks. And he made it thick too! 2 thumbs up!!

Loved the açaí bowl, turmeric shots and Popeye smoothie. The pumpkin smoothie was very yum!

This was the 1st time I received a “chunky” shake. It was bizarre to have little chunks come up through the straw when not expecting it and wonder what you just swallowed. It really took something away from the pleasure of my Nektar smoothie.

Smoothie was really bad... tasted like 90% ice. Lady was nice enough to make me a new one though

My orders always lack consistency. One day the Buzz will Have more heat from cayenne pepper and others I can’t taste it at all. The same happens with cold brew smoothie. It’ll be perfectly balanced one order and then the next has way too much agave.

All was good, except no one greeted me upon entering store, and I stood at pickup for mobile order for several minutes before an employee acknowledged me. My pumpkin smoothie was great.

Not very friendly staff. My smoothie felt luke warm. Bummer since I traveled 15miles.

I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE MATCHA SMOOTHIE FOR TWO WEEKS OR MORE NOW AND HAVE HAD TO RESORT TO GOING TO STARBUCKS FOR THEIR MATCHA DRINK. I WOULD PREFER NEKTER, BUT HAVE NO CHOICE. LOOKING FORWARD TO WHEN IT WILL BE IN STOCK.

Second time my smoothie is never ready in time.
