The bowl I ordered was good. I ordered on the app, it said order ready in 20 minutes. It actually took 30 minutes.

Messed up order. And took a while for order to come in. Overall Açaí bowls were very good.

I love how easy it is to order via the app. Most of the time, they have my drink or bowl ready before the time the app states & everything tastes delicious.

The Açaí bowls and smoothies are excellent every time! Love the consistency of products and the presentation is always amazing. Grab one and walk over to the secret ravine trail for a nice walk. Can’t wait to come back again, thank you!!

Better customer service than vitality bowls. I really like vitality bowls and I think it’s really too bad that there’s not another location than the one by Douglas blvd at Roseville because the feminist woke ladies that work there really ****. I appreciate the acknowledgment by the employees at Nékter and the bowls are not too bad. It tastes better when the customer service is also better

Not sure if the mix changed today. We got 3 bowls and one of them had clumps of white stuff under the fruit and at the bottom of the bowl. They were not sweet. Tasted “milky” today?? Hoping this was a one off today. Wanted to shared the feedback

The workers were busy, and barely looked at me and didnt greet me when I walked in. Though, Not necessary, it makes a huge difference and adds to the service atmosphere when done so. I was picking up an online order. I had to stand there at the counter and wait to be noticed. When finally noticed I said I was there for my online order and she promptly stopped what she was doing to grab my order. She did ask if I wanted a bag but I said no because I didnt want to feel like even more of an inconvenience to the workers. To my suprise, they did create absolute magic in my yogurt bowl. I will be coming back, but will just expect less from the human interaction.

Okay I’ve had Nekter a ton of times and even the same bowl a ton of times. Today was prob the best Nekter bowl I’ve ever had. Like it was seriously so good! Whoever made my bowl today crushed it!
