The store and products are great. my issue is the new app. how come it's gotten so confusing to use? there are too many check drop down menus and checkboxes. please un-update it to how it simple it used to be.

My last few visits they have forgotten either the cocowhip or the strawberry chia jam, and I have to ask them to put it in. For the cocowhip when they do remember, it is normally swirled on the outside of the cup. I select “bottom of the cup” but they normally don’t follow that.

The bowl I ordered was good. I ordered on the app, it said order ready in 20 minutes. It actually took 30 minutes.

Great! West Roseville needs a location! It’s difficult for us to get to this location but there’s a bunch of commercial space being built out in West Roseville and my neighbors and I keep saying how much we would looooooove for a Nekter to go in!
