Horrible customer service. They both ignored me for 3 min, no other customers were there but they were making orders. I kept waiting, then I saw that I could order myself on a screen so I did that. I watched them ignore about 5 more people who also didn’t know that it was “self ordering”.
I waited for what felt way too long, probably 15 min. I finally got her attention and asked where my order was and she pulled it out of the fridge like it had been done for a long time?! I said “you don’t call names when it’s done??” She just kinda mumbled something and handed me the order. Very rude. I was late to pick up my daughter and spent about 20 min waiting when it was probably done after 5.
Less than enamored. Typically I have a very positive experience. Today, not so much. Not much of a hi and thank you. I had placed my order via the app when they handed me by custom juice… Somehow they didn't know about the six grabbing goes that I had purchased.

Staff here is always great, helpful, nice and welcoming. I work at Sutter across the street and they give discounts if you’re in uniform when you order in store. I ordered ahead this time after work and the drinks were ready 20min before the scheduled pick up time. Love this place!
