Less than enamored. Typically I have a very positive experience. Today, not so much. Not much of a hi and thank you. I had placed my order via the app when they handed me by custom juice… Somehow they didn't know about the six grabbing goes that I had purchased. All good, but since you asked, that was my experience

My order is always ready when I walk in with mobile order. I am always greeted and everyone always make sure I have everything I need. The juice is amazing!

Over 20 minutes for a single bowl with only a few people in front of us. Based was so thin it was basically juice. Not great. Certainly not worth the wait.

Incredibly slow service. 30mins to get a juice is crazy. Long line of people waiting for their orders and the staff isn’t even making drinks

My juice was good. I got the Toxin Flush and it was delicious.

I just tried a juice from Nekter for the first time yesterday and I visited again today. Great quality ingredients, and customer service. The ladies working at the counter were quick to acknowledge that I was there to pick up my order and promptly got my order to me. The gal who helped me also had a positive demeanor which made the visit nice.

An overall lack of awareness. No communication with customers as far as where their order is at in line. No checking in with people who have been waiting. Not calling out orders loud enough considering things are being juiced and blended.

I love coming to this Nekter Juice Bar. Everyone is so nice a cheerful! I have recommended this place to multiple friends.

Their juices are so delicious and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I like how you can also earn points with every purchase.

Let me first say that I am a professional Chef AND I own a Vitamix, yet Neckter makes THE BEST smoothies. I particularly love the Tropical Cooler and my husband favors the Popeye's Acai. Their custom freshly made juices are also delicious. Everything is fresh and made quickly to order and with the app I earn free beverages!

Very friendly when I walked in, even though I came close to closing time. The juices are DELICIOUS (not a fan of the Healing Greens though, but it's not the team's fault, I just hate Kale LOL).

I love Nektar juices. I wish there were more stores in the area.
