It took a little longer for the gals to notice I was there to pick up my order, than I expected. But overall the gal that assisted me was very friendly and pleasant. May suggest having a bell ring when someone opens the door so they know someone walked in. I do understand they were busy making bowls and juice, however a nice, “Be right with you” would have been a nice touch.

Overall good experience but don't go often because of the plastic waste. Appreciate it as a good spot to wait for family member at Sutter Medical nearby.

I recently moved to Roseville, this is the second time I've been in the store on E. Roseville Parkway and had the same experience. I love your products! Some training needs to be done with staff about acknowledging customers when they come in, perhaps a little jingle on the door or something. Today, I literally waited four minutes before I said, "excuse me" to the two workers that were putting orders together (backs were turned). I know they are busy preparing the juices, etc. but even a simple nod works. The staff member who came from the back to help was delightful and apologized.

Overall it was easy. The customer service in store wasn’t great. The worker at the counter was a little snooty and standoffish. She half smiled and and got my drinks but seemed annoyed. I wasn’t offered a straw or asked if there was anything else I needed. The juice I ordered was wonderful but it would be nice to keep drinks ordered ahead in the fridge.

I really enjoy their juices and smoothies. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something refreshing and healthy to drink. The juices and smoothies taste so fresh and not overwhelming sweet which I can tell are pure fruit and juice smoothies with no added sugars.
I will be back very soon!
