Amazing location!! I always come to get my juices and easy grab’n go’s.

Generally good, hopefully the ginger made it into my juice this time.

The food/bowls/juice/smoothies are always delicious. The staff are friendly and quick. It's just a little awkward when you have an online order and no one really acknowledges you. But all good. Got yummy Nekter within about 5 mins of my arrival. Would be helpful if there was some sort of labeling or information to help decipher when you have more than one item. I thought the mod of no bananas on my husband's bowl would help. But the no banana mod wasn't followed so both bowls had banana. He hates banana. Other than that everything was great!

I arrived at 6:10 pm when the closing time was 7:00 pm and was told they were no longer serving fresh squeeze juice because they had packed up for the night. Seeing there was another team in the back, I ordered online hoping they would be able to make it in the back. But I guess they didn't hear or know it was me that ordered online because I hope they wouldn't have so blatantly disregarded the order. Because then I sat while my family enjoyed their smoothies and heard the reps talk loudly about how they hate people ordering late in the afternoon. Then I watched them pour a pre-pressed juice into the cup that didn't completely match my order because it didn't have any ginger. Overall, they were nice otherwise, but this experience left a really bad taste for the chain. I'd rather pay 2-3 dollars more to go somewhere more respectful, especially if it tastes better since the whole point of ordering a fresh juice was to get one that wasn't pre-packaged. Was hoping for better when I tried this place.

Had to wait 25 minutes for a juice and a smoothie. There were 3 people working, but it didn't seem like there was any hustle. There was at least 5 minutes between each item that was completed and put up on the bar. If there was just 1 person prepping food that makes sense, but to have 2.5 people (one was the cashier, and she was handling food when there wasn't anyone at the register) making items and they were coming out so slow... I just don't get it.

I've ordered basically there same thing 6 times in past two weeks and I feel quality is slipping. I order a custom juice with base of cucumber, celery, and green apple, with carrot, beets, kale, parsley, lemon, and ginger, and the last two juices are tasting more and more like just carrot and ginger. Also the color is mostly orange so I don't think there can be much greens in there. For my bowl I start with the acai berry then add vanilla protein and peanut butter, and hold agave, but the past two bowls I believe have had agave, and today's bowl I don't believe had any peanut butter, and of course there's no way to know if the protein I'm paying for is making it into the bowl. Just becoming more skeptical as I notice these other (more verifiable) shortcomings. I hope quality bounces back soon.

I am disappointed to pay $10 for a juice and the top 1.5 to 2 inches was all foam. Honestly, I would never come back, except my Mom has Stage 4 cancer and this is one of the things she will consume.

I was happy to be able to order ahead and pick what I wanted in my juice. The person who helped me pick up was quick to grab my order but wasn’t necessarily friendly. Maybe they were just busy or not having a good day. Nevertheless, the juice was great and I will definitely be back.

Good customer service. Disappointed that added pineapple juice went from $1 to $1.50. For a small drink that is a lot of money for just a little bit of juice.

Great drinks and the bowls are amazing just be prepared to wait for the fish juice better to order ahead I waited almost an hour for 2 medium juices..

Juice not ready at time of pickup time stated frequently.

My large juice was about 1/2 full when delivered today. Sometimes I receive the overflow portion when I add ice and/or whey and sometimes I do not - this doesn’t make sense. They whey is foamy right when it is blended but deflates… it is such an expensive custom drink I think I should receive the whole product as I pay for the extra add ins
