Juice always comes out great!

This is my first time at Nekter. The young man at the counter was very friendly. I had an online order and showed up earlier than my timeframe. The employees had all my juices bagged and ready. There were also working on my acai bowl. All the fruit was fresh and delicious. Overall, great first time experience.

Juice did not seem like it was made correctly.

I’m still waiting to receive my juices and I’m going to be late to work. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes and they still aren’t ready. I definitely can’t afford to order from here in the morning again.

Juices and smoothies are bomb! Need to try a bowl! Sometimes greeted when I walk in sometimes not! But great products over all

Nice juices, great bowls, but staff in Roseville location (girl in pink t -shirt) is very rude with customers.

Watered down juice.

The prices are very high for what you get. The base of the bowl is very small and doesn’t really amount to much especially given how much you pay. The granola, toppings, and addition of a to go lid limit the amount of base included. Every bowl I have gotten, however, has always been completely blended through - unlike Jamba Juice that leaves chunks of frozen fruit all the time and doesn’t check to see if the consistency looks like the base is fully blended. The staff was good, but nothing crazy where they should be making more than 10$ and hour. No one went above and beyond, everyone did the bare minimum, if that.

4/21/22; RN, stopped in before 12 hr pm shift to get bowls and juices for a myself and a few staff. Nektar is an amazing place, but Roseville location on this particular day staffed what seems to be a bunch of high school chatting girls who was very unsanitary, talking, laughing and chatting over the bowls and juices being made. They were touching their hair and cabinets with the same hands they grabbed ingredients with. I was disappointed to have my bowl not with all the ingredients it was supposed to come with. I ordered the Acai superfood bowl, no bee pollen was added..wasn't a happy camper. This place doesn't need to staff these girls together anymore. Not good for business.

Staff to engaged in each other to be noticing customers. It did smell great inside but is way overpriced and not as good as the othe juice places.

Great service, delicious juice!

Experience is great! I chose to order ahead this time because I have a headache and sometimes the music in the stores is way too loud. I get it you want to compensate for the blenders and juicers, how about putting some sound dampening padding above the workstation instead of just turning up the tunes? Is that a good idea?
