I love your juices and bowls,however, you’re customer service is pretty much non existent. Some days there will be 7-8 employees and not one of them acknowledges customers when they walk in or need help. Even greeting. They don’t do.

Friendly employees and amazing juice!

Love the juices they make. Really recommend trying them. 2 things they could improve on; get cover for the blenders to dampen the noise level, have a dedicated cashier. 5 stars if they did the two suggestions .

Great except someone hit and ran on my truck while I was inside waiting for my pickup. Also, where will is see the free juice or smoothie for downloading the app today?

It was busy when I got in so there was a lot going on and it took a minute for them to notice me/get to me. Once they did though it was super quick service and my online order was done in less than 10 minutes after being placed. Orange crush smoothie was more like the consistency of a juice so thicker would have been nicer, but taste was great. The Popeye smoothie was a good consistency and while I did not prefer the taste my fiancée liked it (was her order anyway).

Very friendly, but it took over 30 minutes to get 3 juices. Very friendly, but all of the drinks were also overfilled and spilling all over the place. Ended up with a big mess and waited way too long.

Juices have been WAY too sweet the past times I've come in.

I've always loved nectar's juices. They use fresh ingredients and they always taste tasty. :)

I did the ordering but my daughter picked it up. I did ask for her experience when I picked the numbers on customer service. I am loving the juices that I bought. Thank you.

Everything was great. I just wish the celery was organic and all the extra dirt on the stalk would be wiped or cut off so I wouldn't taste it in the drink. Also, I taste other food that was in the juicer before my celery. Other than that everything else is great.

I understand the girls were busy but I didn’t care for how annoyed they were as they handed my drink, and I wanted my juice with ice which I did not receive

I really like the staff at the Roseville location. They even offered my dog a bowl of ice water as we were sitting outside drinking our juices.

I ordered through the app so I can get the juice faster. App says my order will he ready at 4:20pm. I got there at 4:18 and the juice is pending. I had waited extra 10 minutes with the expectation of getting out of the store within a minute.

I ordered my juice online and it was ready when I arrived. Staff greeted me when I entered and were very friendly.
