Got my juice after I ordered it but my shot wasn’t ready and I didn’t have time to wait so I just left wirh the drink

I preordered last night for an 8am pickup- I arrived at 8:15 to pick up and was not greeted nor acknowledged. I finally was able to get one of the women's attention ( the woman with short curly hair had been putting many bags of juices on the counter for the delivery person & never once spoke to me) and was able to get my order which was already ready. I am in the customer service industry & maybe I have unrealistic expectations but I don't think it's a lot to ask to be greeted & acknowledged when you have customers coming in spending a good amount of money on your products.

I am so grateful for Nekter Juice Bar. I have autoimmune issues and liver disease and it is so wonderful to have a healthy option when on the go. I work a lot driving so it's nice to have a place to stop that isn't horrible for my body. The prices are great for the nutrition you get. Everything tastes wonderful. My favorites are good banana berry burst smoothie and the power protein bowls 😋

Great juices

Picked up my mobile order (3 greenie juices with extra lemon). Took a sip of my drink and it was either made incorrectly or I was given the wrong drink. I order the greenie all the time from my local location so immediately knew it was made incorrectly. I took it back and asked if our drinks could be remade. The employee gladly made new drinks and apologized. Very sweet employee, however, even after the second time my drinks were still made incorrectly. I ended up just tossing all 3 away. Great customer service but maybe just follow up to make sure all employees are making the correct juices.

They forgot my protein balls. I called the young lady at the counter and she said she will put my name on the back, when I return to the store for another set of proteas balls or juice

I love Nekter Juice Bar I try to go everyday I would love to be able to get my juice that I customize in a super large container. Best place while I'm getting healthy and forever

I always love getting to come to Nekter. I feel so much better after having a delicious juice or smoothie.

Great service, great juices!

You guys are wonderful (or at least your app is, I’ve never been into an actual location). However, Postmates did not deliver my full order this morning; which honestly left me disappointed. I was really looking forward to the juice I had purchased. It makes fireworks go off in my brain. Not under your control and doesn’t reflect on you.

Amazing juice and good service

First time I went to Nekter the juicers didn’t make one out of the two juices I ordered. The second time I requested no ice in one of the two juices. When I received the juices the ordered was completely mixed up putting ice in the no ice requested juice and they put no ice in the ice requested juice. Both of these orders were online. Now nektar has lost my trust. My husband and I won’t be a returning customer.

Guy on phone was nice but also dismissive (in one instance) which was weird. Guy delivering juice to car had a smirk which I didn't know what that was about. But juice is good and usually I have no issues, this was the only time these things have happened.

Love love love your juices... the carrot one puts hearts in my eyes 😍 and blows my mind every time
