It took 30 minutes for my smoothie. Ordered ahead at 11:45am and didn’t receive it till 12:16pm. There was complete confusion of the employees and assembly line and who was doing what. I asked for my smoothie 3 times before anyone could find it. You have a great product. Improve your efficiency. No one has or wants to wait 30 minutes for it.

My mobile order was completed after multiple customers who ordered in store after I had arrived to get my order. Smoothies were not blended fully and watery like they had been sitting in the fridge.

Customer service is always great. Lead or manager helped us today was awesome. It took care of the issue. Great smoothies and bowls for healthy snacks, meals, and pre or post work out. It never disappoint. Keep up the good work👍.

Great except someone hit and ran on my truck while I was inside waiting for my pickup. Also, where will is see the free juice or smoothie for downloading the app today?

Service was great but this is the 2nd time my Acai bowl was too thin, should be thicker and not the same as a smoothie.

The flavor was missing. My husband's mango smoothie tasted like fish and we tossed it. We've been there a total of 3 times and the flavor is missing and it was a waste of money.

It was busy when I got in so there was a lot going on and it took a minute for them to notice me/get to me. Once they did though it was super quick service and my online order was done in less than 10 minutes after being placed. Orange crush smoothie was more like the consistency of a juice so thicker would have been nicer, but taste was great. The Popeye smoothie was a good consistency and while I did not prefer the taste my fiancée liked it (was her order anyway).

I love Nekter, I'm always pleased with what I order. I most often use the app. and it's almost always ready when I arrive. I love that there's a separate pick up spot for online orders. Always good!! And what a treat.... picked up my free smoothie. thank you

Ordered online and waited the 20 minutes to come in to pick up when it said the order would be ready. Came in, and they hadn’t even started. 7 people came in to order while I was waiting and left with their items before they started mine. I ordered 2 small smoothies and waited 35 minutes in total.

Ordering was quick and easy. I ordered online and it was ready when I came. The only thing is that it was made incorrectly. I had added almond butter into my smoothie and paid extra for that. There was none added to mine
