Great smoothies!!

Delicious smoothies and bowls!

Best smoothies around. A bit going on with noise levels but it seems to match the vibe. Staff is very friendly and move quickly every time I come go for my pick-up

My only disappointment was that my smoothie was given to me so quickly that I drove off before I realized that no greens had been added to it, even thought I ordered it.

High quality smoothies!

I had an online order for two smoothies. Took ten minutes to drive there. I asked about my order and was told they were working on it. 15-20 minutes later they’re still working on it. Ended up waiting almost 1/2 an hour after getting to the store to get my two drinks. People who ordered way after me got their orders before I did. I don’t know if they lost my tag but I was not happy.

Smoothies are very inconsistent and taste. SpaceI get the same drink every time and it’s not always made correctly

Awesome smoothie bowl! Best I’ve had. Really great service and the environment was so nice in the store, definitely going to be a regular spot for me now

There was an animal hair under the lid of my smoothie bowl I ordered. :0(

I honestly LOVE Nekter for their bowls and smoothies but their customer service needs some major work. Over the last 6-9 months I’ve put in 3 inquiries; ONE of which I actually got a response but the issue was not resolved. If you order for delivery using the Nekter online delivery and don’t receive something you paid for, consider that money gone for good because they’ll never respond back to make it right. What finally made me never want to go back was the service I received at the Roseville store. We waited 45 minutes for 2 bowls and 1 smoothie, and one of the bowls was done incorrectly. The guy was super rude about me asking for him to fix it. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE. I really want to love you but it’s not worth the stress.

Smoothies and açaí bowls are fresh and not too sweet. Also friendly environment and friendly people.

Well made bowl and smoothie that followed the order I made without pineapple on top. Bowl was delicious and the atmosphere of the store was very positive.

The team members here are always so kind and the smoothies are great. My go-to lunch spot!
