Came in on September 10 they were back up but handled everything professional!great staff great smoothie!

Everyone was great. The Pink Flamingo was awesome. Only suggestion would be to have all three smoothie sizes on the menu board, and not just online.

Ready to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie? Always in the past I’ve ordered online to avoid wait times. The app lets you pick a time when you’d like your order to be ready. The last two times I’ve done this I end up waiting, no joke, 20 minutes past my pick up time. Today I gave them one more shot as it’s close to my work and a healthy option. I made my order in store this time, no other costumers in the store. I waited for.. you guess it: 20 minutes. “The ticket didn’t’ print out” they said. Your whole store is a joke. I hate writing negative reviews but you guys deserve it.

Placed order at 1142am for bowl and smoothie. Wasn’t ready until 1210pm. 30 minutes, wow!

Juices and smoothies are bomb! Need to try a bowl! Sometimes greeted when I walk in sometimes not! But great products over all

This location made my smoothie taste like the white part of the peel of a banana. I go here because the Convenience it’s close to my work, but everytime the various smoothies taste bland as compared to your downtown location has a consistent good product with all variations of the smoothies. At the Roseville location they are consistent in a variety of flavorless drinkable textures.

Bought a 32oz and a 24oz smoothie and received two 24oz smoothies instead.

Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I have horrible dietary restrictions so I do smoothies a LOT. This location used to be good but in the few months they are garbage. ZERO CUSTOMER service, wrong orders, smoothie orders taking 30 min. Call ahead orders just not done. I emailed their corporate customer service and they were VERY uninterested in making anything right. Today I ordered 35min ahead of time and only had a few minutes to grab the order. First off i stood at the counter being ignored by all 5 employees. 9ne even walked up to the counter, looked at me then walked away. I finally spoke up loudly and they were all annoyed that i bothered them.. Of course the drink wasn't ready (or even started) so I asked for a refund. Their manager Andrew never apologized or offered the refund. I had to demand it from across the room. He never even spoke to me. The girl next to him yelled that it was being done. Get back to my office and check. No refund. I called and they said it will be 24-48hrs. This is ridiculous!

The bowl was very watery so all the fruit and topping fell to the bottom. It was like a watered down smoothie in a bowl

I got there when the app said my order would be ready. It took 15 minutes for me to get my order( which was just one smoothie). The person who eventually gave me my order pulled it from a fridge and it was already ready and I was just waiting there for nothing. Very frustrating

Online order was perfect. Walked right in gave them my name on the order and they promptly and politely gave me my smoothie! 100% would recommend!

Smoothie was delicious. The inside of the store was very clean, everything looked fresh, and the service was also nice.

The bowls are amazing. Haven't had a smoothie yet but I am sure they are great as well. Everything so fresh and flavorful.

This was my second time at this location. The staff didn’t greet me when I arrived. The lady finished with the order at the counter and then turned around and began working on orders. I had an online order so I went to the pick up counter, no one acknowledged me. About 2 mins later the girl making smoothies facing me finally asked if I had an online order, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are looking for quality customer service.
