I order ahead drive 20 minutes and it still wasn't ready at the beginning of the day. I know you are busy which is why I always now order online. It takes too long otherwise.

I placed my order on my app at 7am right when they opened. It showed it would be ready at 7:24am. It wasn't ready until 7:30.

I felt like the staff on hand that day were more into there cell phones in the backroom then greeting customers and asking if they needed help. This was my first time using the app. and I was unaware how the process works. Finally after waiting for 5 minutes a employee asked if I needed help. They referred to the sign post saying to check in and stand in a certain area. I was standing in the area that was suggested. I understand we're all going through a pandemic and we are all short staffed, but I think paying attention to customers as they walk-in to welcome them and asked if they need assistance because the rules have changed for all establishments would be helpful. I notice a few patrons that came in after me had the same look of confusion.
