I always have great experiences with Nekter staff. However, I was disappointed in the item I ordered, the pumpkin smoothie. It had several hard pieces in it that I couldn't chew and kept having to spit out throughout the entire 16oz drink. I realized they must have been date pits. My first pumpkin smoothie of the season and it was disappointing. Hope this feedback gets passed along to staff and the pits are removed from the dates first!

I’m normally greeted with superb service.
However the staff on 9/15 (6:20p) seemed a little irritable. I said I was there to pick up my order & gave my name. I was given one item from my order. Stood around waiting for the rest of my order, a staff member asked if I was waiting for something in a irritable manner.
Finally got the rest of the order a few mins later.
