Nice refreshing drink, I ordered a passionfruit blend drink! So good. Only small issue was young man at the counter was not friendly at all! It's like hey you are at the front counter smile!! Greet people.

Fine. Please open up your bathrooms again. Don’t understand why they are closed. We walk to your store almost each Sunday and now can not use the bathroom.

They need a better system for pick-up orders and just in general checking on people waiting in line to order or to pick-up their items. I saw people wait 5+ minutes just trying to get their attention to see if their pick-up was ready (they store in freezer so you have no clue if your order has already been made or not).

Very packed with people waiting for orders. It took almost 40 minutes for 3 smoothies. Then they didn’t taste like anything I’ve ordered before, maybe forgot the almond butter or another main ingredient. I won’t come at a busy time again.
