I'm not sure what the mix-up was, but I'd placed an order online the week before and they had no record of it. I was convinced I was crazy and had the wrong time, date, and location, despite having email as proof. Luckily the people there were nice and eventually got my order, and I do love the smoothie I got, but I did feel a bit insane trying to get this figured out.

Guy on phone was nice but also dismissive (in one instance) which was weird.
Guy delivering juice to car had a smirk which I didn't know what that was about.
But juice is good and usually I have no issues, this was the only time these things have happened.
