Hello, I really prefer to place orders online due to the time it takes to pick up an order however, the last 2 times I orders extra ingredient of Peanut Butter and it isnt in there or your using a very tasteless peanut butter.

I ordered 3 bowls all with added Pnt Butter. I don’t believe it was added is all.
Could have been an oversight.

First time I went to Nekter the juicers didn’t make one out of the two juices I ordered. The second time I requested no ice in one of the two juices. When I received the juices the ordered was completely mixed up putting ice in the no ice requested juice and they put no ice in the ice requested juice. Both of these orders were online. Now nektar has lost my trust. My husband and I won’t be a returning customer.

It was nice my order was ready, but the Service crew who was bagging my order did even put spoon or napkin in the bag with the bowl I order. Since she is already putting them in the bag and wears gloves, she could’ve shove the spoon inside the bag, but no instead she told me there is the spoon and the napkin!!!! Really, it was deferent experience the last time picked up my order. Just sayin.
