Very inconvenient to not be able to order via phone call. What If you are driving and don't have time to stop and order online. No nekter. Can't get nekter. Losing lots of daily orders. Also online ordering is lacking. Why can't you put more veggies in smoothies?

My drink wasn’t what I ordered online. By the time I walked to my car and took I sip, I immediately knew it wasn’t made properly. I added dates and there were no dates added. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to walk back to the store to let them know my drink was incorrect.

We love Nekter because of the high quality ingredients. When we place our order on the app, it is always ready much faster than when the app says it will be done. It would be nice to have a feature in the app that shows when your drink is actually ready.

Really good berry smoothie. I tried the turmeric sunrise smoothie at first but really couldn't do the strong taste of that one. Alex was very helpful and switched it for me. Will be back for more!
