been coming her for last 5 years. I ordered online and went to the store and order was not ready. they said sorry it will be ready in 10 minutes. waited 20 minutes and people who ordered after me got served and still mine order was not ready. I asked what's going on and the person replied with an attitude will be ready in a minute. the experience here is not worth it for me thanks. I am done with this location.

Great customer service. This location is a lil out of my way but it was the only one taking orders at the time for pick up. I would go back just for the customer service with the girls that were so awesome the minute I walked in. Greeted me and asked how my day was. I would go back every time just to have that kind of service, which is rare these days. Thx

I forget the lady who helped me- but she was very welcoming. I love the service and the quality of the smoothies. And I really appreciated the fact the lady placed my drinks in the freezer to keep cold rather than letting it sit on the counter to melt. Very thoughtful. Very good etiquette

I placed mobile order ahead and waited for a while, but when I went into the store to pick it up the staff said they never received the order. So I had to wait for another 10mina to get my order. Then there’s no point to order ahead.
