The app that sends the information for my order is usually slow in getting the order to the store. I tend to have to wait far too long to actually get my order.

My order came out perfectly and the on time. The app was easy to use to order ahead of time.
The only concern I have is regarding the amount of waste created. As the store associate was handing over my order (which I had not yet touched) she was putting straws into the drink holder when I told her I didn't need straws. She ended up throwing them away when they could have been used by another customer.

The lady at the front was really nice. I remember asking for a bag and even when there were no more bags, she still tried to look for some or anything to help. It’s these little things that I love.
