I placed a mobile order. The employee was great, but he did not even have my order when I showed up. The system is too slow. He made by order anyway and gave it to me after I showed him proof of order. He was helpful in light of the situation. The mobile system said it could take up to 30 min to make my order which is way too long.

This is the worse location in Orange County. Store always looks dirt. Prepared drinks are always low. Customer service is sub par.

Nice location ! Ordered online waited in store a bit before pick up employee waited on me . 5 minutes or so. Asked to scan my app for rewards credit given a printed receipt instead which didn’t scan. Had to enter long code. Corporate could make this easier I would think! Woodbury is way more friendly than Orchard Hills ! Won’t ever go to Orchard Hills again !
