I love Nekter. I think the app is great and makes ordering really easy, especially during the pandemic. I love being able to place my order and schedule my pick-up time. Everything always tastes fresh, their customer service is always great, and the inside is always clean and inviting. If it was a little less expensive, I would probably go almost every weekend, but right now it is an occasional treat for me.

This is the best nektr place in irvine. They are not lazy and runs their operation smoothly, unlike the one on Portola where I gotta wait 25min for a toxin flush...

I went to your store sunday to pickup a cleanse for the week. They said they were out and to use the app to order. I went ahead and did that and had it scheduled for pickup at 8AM on tuesday because that was the earliest time. I show up today and not only were my cleanses not ready they said they could not give me an ETA and it most likely wont be until next week.
This is not the first time this has happened in regards to ordering on the app. This is very frustrating as i had planned to be doing a cleanse this week.

I am a regular at Nekter since moving to Irvine. My service is always very good. What I thought exceptional was the way another customer ahead of me was treated. This poor guy dropped one of his drinks right as he opened the door to exit. He was concerned about cleaning up the mess and wanted to order another drink. They staff told him don’t worry about the mess, they would take care of it. He told them he wanted to order another drink. The staff already had a new drink in the blender for him. When it was ready, the young lady that made the drink came from behind the counter to give him his drink and some encouraging words. He left a happy customer. I too left a happy customer after witnessing this really nice exchange. The only reason I gave an 8 for speed of service is I normally order online, and have had to wait a few minutes at times. With that said, I completely understand as I know I am part of the lunch hour rush. The young folks at Nekter in Woodbury Town Center in Irvine are very pleasant, polite and provide great service.

I love Nekter and try to stop by a couple times a week. I would say the only downfall is the online orders. Today for example, I ordered the peanut butter bowl with an added layer of yogurt and chia pudding but didn’t get that when I picked up my bowl. I try to not order online for the most part due to these mishaps. Overall it’s a great place and my in-store orders and customer service have always been very pleasant.

Ordered pick up and when I arrived to get my order the associates were in the back and hard to get ahold of. Waited even longer to get my order after it was already made and in fridge.
