Have always enjoyed Nekter and all their products. Just recently, however, my order that was scheduled for delivery was delivered with my order items not being labeled to differentiate which order was which. I had put in a customized order due to food allergies but because the acai bowls I had ordered were not labeled and they all looked alike, I could not be sure of which one was the customized one and so one person in our family could not eat their order due to the potential risk. That was very unfortunate and I was disappointed with my order and experience in that sense. I would just recommend that to-go and delivery orders be clearly labeled just as a regular practice for orders with more than one item so that these kinds of issues can be avoided. Thank you.

There wasn't any information as well as any guides to drink these detox beverages even though I told them that I'v been never experienced. I've already tried one day program but I'm not sure that I did well. If I were you, I would prepare some brochures or let my staffs give simple and clear instructions to customers. Thanks.

Bowl and smoothie were delicious and ready when I arrived. I placed my order for immediate pickup but forgot I had to go to the grocery store next door first, so my order sat around and waited for me for almost an hour. Nectar kept it cold and in the freezer and it was perfect when I finally did pick it up. Thanks!
