I was not greeted when I arrived - I walked straight over to the pick up counter for pre orders but noone greeted me for 10 minutes. They were making other orders. Even when one of the staff members brought a ready drink to the counter for someone else waiting she saw me waiting but still walked away. Only on the second time did she acknowledge that I was standing waiting. My order had been ready the entire time. Attendants should be more alert to new customers walking in - a greet upon entry is important.

The staff today was pretty rude. I come to your store about 2x a week. I ordered my bowl on line. They seemed very imposed by me being there. No thank you, just very rude.

Good service and folks but quality control a concern. It’s been hit or miss lately. You can’t always get the same order as the last time to the same standard.
