Appreciated that the team was super nice, and was wearing masks (I'm pregnant so safety is extra important to me right now when going out).
I had ordered the pumpkin chia pudding around 8:45a for pickup at 9a but when I arrived it wasn't ready. I think this is normally a takeout item that's pre-packaged but the guys there may not have checked prior. It's ok though because they ended up prioritizing my order to make it asap and it turned out great.

the first time utilities qas 10/10. the second time I came when my drink was suppose to be ready, maybe a few minutes after, and they hadn't even started making it. frustrating, because I have a 1 yo and it's hard to juggle her with covid precautions and wait inside for the drink to be made when it's suppose to be done. The quality and flavors are great though

My order didn’t have the almond butter that I asked for. Also, the process for pick up should be reviewed. Everyone is making orders and no one is available to help with pick up. It’s very expensive so feel like the product and service should be top notch. I do love the acai bowls though!

Staff is friendly but I've ordered drinks with no ginger several times at this location and they still put ginger in.

I paid $3 extra to add extra granola, whey protein and ‘greenie up.’ I didn’t receive extra granola, and there were no greens added to my bowl. I don’t know about the added protein but I am guessing since the first 2 extras weren’t added that the protein may not have been as well.
