There have been multiple times that my bowl order has not been made right. Added ingredients missing. Essential ingredients missing. Etc.

Usually I have a very good experience ordering however the last time I came my order was wrong. I asked for no parsley but I could taste the parsley in my drink. I asked an employee if there was any in the drink and he said “I’m not sure I didn’t make it”. No effort was made to correct the mistake. I will continue coming here but the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I ordered my usual bowl and noticed a snack section of the menu had the blue chia parfait in it, so I ordered one of those too. When I got the store to pick up, the girls handed me my bowl and turned to leave, but when I inquired about the chia pudding, she said it wasn't on my order. I showed her my email confirmation and she said "oh, well we don't make that anymore, it's not something we offer." and started to walk away again. I said I'd paid for it and asked if I was going to get a refund. She then begrudgingly went over and started putting on gloves and said she'd just go ahead and make it for me. I shared that I only ordered it because it was an option in the app and she and the other girl there both complained that corporate hadn't updated their end of things yet and that since the bowls with the blue chia was discontinued they wouldn't be doing the parfaits anymore. Meanwhile, there was a big sign advertising adding the blue chia to any bowl, so it was very confusing as to why some blue chia with a few blueberries and a strawberry was such an ordeal. My bowl was also not very well blended, large chunks of green leaf throughout.

accommodating to make up the blue chia parfait that was not in case. I ordered ahead to avoid waiting and expected it to be ready when I got there. the staff had not looked in the cooler to make sure the blue chia was there. I had to wait for it to be prepared and then they left it sit on the counter without telling me it was ready
