Nekter Juice Bar - Irvine

Service was ok, ladies were busy.

Ordered online and took 5+ minutes to get someone’s attention behind the counter to hand my order to me.... they seemed very understaffed. Also, I love ginger but the amount in my drink was overwhelming

Customer service has been great!

Very slow, I went to the store 30+ mins after I ordered but the juice was still not ready, and no one was acknowledging me when I asked. Nekter is a great brand, I love the juice, but this store's service really suck.

The order was ready on time as usual.

I feel satisfied as the team working there were so nice, responding and professional!! Thank you so much for providing us healthy food with caring service 💞

I love my local Nekter store. Monica is the best customer service representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. One week into ordering and she greets me by name, and k owe my order. That is customer service at its best!

This visit was great

Everyone working at this location is friendly. Only one time was I given the wrong smoothie bowl but the manager and other associates (his name was Cameron!) went above and beyond my expectations to remedy the situation. I love Nekter.

I enjoy this location very much, the people here are always really nice and do the best job possible

Submitted a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. They hadn’t even started on it. The employee was nice and offered a larger size. But what’s the point of ordering through mobile first if it would have been faster ordering and waiting in the store?

My bowl once again was made poorly. It turned into liquid smoothie right after I received it. This isn’t acceptable.

I had ordered peanut butter bowl and had no peanut butter at all in it. I couldn’t return because in my way to meet client. Unfortunate because that’s my favorite bowl 😔
